The firm was originally founded by Feliciano C. Sotto, Jr. and Robert Meadows as J&B Surveying in San Diego on March 1, 1997 and was immediately engaged in the practice of professional surveying in the City and County of San Diego, California. The company quickly grew in clientele and built a reputation for integrity, teamwork and commitment. On December 28, 2000 the firm incorporated to better meet the expanding survey needs of the construction industry.

The firm expanded to provide full civil engineering and general construction services to our clients such as State and Federal government, City and County Municipalities, Airports, Hospitals, Utilities, Churches, Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. This enables us to be more competitive with the high demands in the construction industry within the neighboring Countries of San Diego, Riverside, San Bernandino, and Los Angeles.

The firm is currently operating under J&B Surveying, Inc. dba J&B Engineers, Surveyors. Our combined staffed are experienced and highly motivated licensed professionals. They successfully execute and deliver civil/structural engineering, general construction and surveying needs in the construction industry. J&B Engineers, Surveyors is a small business firm with a strong project management team and experienced technical support in field.​

ABOUT

He is graduate Civil Engineer who practiced most of his professional career in land surveying. He has over 25 years of land surveying experience. His past project performance has been very impressive.

He is responsible for all surveying projects of the company, including but not limited to tentative and final tract maps, cadastral and boundary surveys, record of survey and right-of-way plats, site surveys, property corners, flood plain management surveys, topographical surveys, and construction surveys including staking, earthwork calculations, pad certifications and as-built.
